My Counselling ApproachThe cornerstone of the counselling is the relationship between client and counsellor providing a non-judgemental environment where one feels heard and supported: it is a safe place to explore difficult feelings and emotions.
I work in an eclectic manner, drawing from different schools of therapy to benefit the client.
I work with a range of issues including: abuse, anger, anxiety, bereavement, cancer diagnosis or people affected by cancer, critical or terminal illness, child related issues, depression, general counselling, grief, loss, mental health issues, personal development, relationships, sexuality, self esteem / confidence, self harm, transgender, trauma, women issues and work related issues.
